Guangdong Xubai Color Printing & Craft Products Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Xubai”) was founded in 1963 in Taichung, Taiwan, specializing in premium products such as luxury gift boxes and high-end wine boxes. With nearly 2,000 employees, Xubai operates large modern production bases in Dongguan and Vietnam (approximately 130,000 square meters), equipped with 500 sets of automated post-press equipment. Faced with a diverse product line and the need for high flexibility in production processes, Xubai partnered with XunYue in 2018 to introduce the XunYue ERP system and P&P Quotation System, replacing the previous international ERP system. Project Challenges

The previous generic system couldn’t meet the complex, discrete production needs of the printing and packaging industry. The old system was cumbersome, with slow data entry and report generation, and the data collection speed was slow. Front-line employees were unwilling to spend time entering data, leading to untimely synchronization and low management efficiency.

The client had previously invested significant time in developing a customized ERP system.
